Our association

 

The association was founded on June 12 2001 under the name 
Verein Tagesfamilien Interlaken-Oberhasli VTIO. In June 2022,
the name was changed to Kinderbetreuung Interlaken-Oberhasli KIBIO. We are politically and denominationally neutral.

The aim of KIBIO is to meet the need for childcare in addition to the family and to offer child-friendly care. Willi Steiner from Unterseen is the current president. The association maintains an Administration office at Hauptstrasse 1 in Unterseen.
